Digital Products – No Returns

All products sold on Studentro.com are digital downloads, including cheatsheets and study materials.
Due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital goods:

• All sales are final.

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided once a download has been initiated, unless required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or modifies your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a digital product you purchased:

• Is faulty,

• It is not as described, or

• It cannot be downloaded or used for its intended purpose due to a defect on our end.

To request a remedy under ACL, contact us at admin@nextlink.net.au within 3 business days of purchase, providing:

• Your order number,

• A description of the issue,

• A screenshot or proof of the error (where possible).

We reserve the right to verify any issue before approving a refund or replacement.

Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same item more than once in the same transaction session and have not yet downloaded the product, please use the contact us page to send us a message immediately.
We may offer a refund or exchange at our discretion if no file has been accessed.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, user error, or accidental downloads.
